Thank you for shopping with Daily Essentials! We want to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Here you will find all the information regarding our shipping processes.

1. Processing Time

Because we source many of our items directly through our partner networks (dropshipping/on-demand) for logistical reasons, we require a short lead time.

  • All orders are processed and handed over to the shipping provider within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order and payment confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has left our system.

2. Shipping Costs

The exact shipping costs depend on the delivery location and the weight of the items.

  • The final shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once the processing time is complete, the following estimated delivery times apply:

  • International: approx. 5 - 14 business days

Note: Please keep in mind that these are estimated delivery times. In exceptional cases (e.g., high order volumes before holidays, strikes, or extreme weather conditions), slight delays may occur.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is on its way, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email containing a tracking number.

  • You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

  • It may take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated and visible in the shipping provider's system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international deliveries (especially when shipping from abroad to Switzerland or the EU), local customs duties, import taxes, or processing fees may apply.

  • These fees are beyond our control and are levied by the local customs authorities.

  • The buyer is fully responsible for the payment of any such applicable fees. We assume no liability for packages that are held or returned due to unpaid customs fees.

6. Missing or Incorrect Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address carefully at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

  • Should a package be returned to us, the cost of reshipping must be covered by the buyer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is damaged in transit or does not arrive within the specified timeframe, please contact us immediately. We will get in touch with the shipping provider to find a solution (replacement or refund) for you.
